Batteries & ChargersThe Ball Baffle is a liquid load baffling solution for increasing load stability and reducing wear and tear in all types of liquid transport tanks. Ball Baffles clip together to form a hollow sphere that is inserted inside the tank to break up liquid waves and prevent them from creating a dangerous surge effect when a vehicle is braking or changing direction.

The number of Baffle Balls required per litre varies based on the specific tank and its intended use. You’ll need one ball for every 40 litres of liquid. Baffle Balls are specifically designed to minimize liquid movement in larger tanks, typically those over 500 litres.
Insert the Baffle Balls into the tank before adding any liquid. Once inside, the Balls should interlock with each other forming a honeycomb effect. Make sure to fill the tank completely with the Balls, preventing any movement, which will help stabilise the water inside.
Baffle Balls are essential whenever liquid is being transported. They’re commonly used in water tanks where large volumes of liquid need to be transported. This could include potable household water, mines sites, on-farm, construction and civil.

Ball Baffles provide superior liquid stability compared to fixed baffle systems. The Ball Baffle System effectively Baffles the entire tank and functions like a honeycomb structure. This design allows the Balls to quickly decrease liquid movement. In contrast, fixed baffle systems often leave compartments of 2000 to 4000 liters that remain vulnerable to the dangerous effects of liquid surge.
