We’re proud to announce that from 2025 onwards, all Rapid Spray poly tanks will come with a massive 25-year warranty – a first-class commitment to quality and durability that sets a new benchmark in the industry.
What does the 25-year warranty include?
Our new warranty is split into two parts to give you long-term confidence and support:
15 Years Full Warranty
For the first 15 years from the date of purchase, your tank is fully covered. If any manufacturing faults or defects arise under normal use, we’ll repair or replace your tank at no cost to you.10 Years Pro-Rata Warranty
From years 16 to 25, your tank is still covered – just on a pro-rata basis. This means if something goes wrong during this time, we’ll share the cost of repair or replacement with you, based on how long you’ve owned the tank.
For example, if an issue occurs in year 20, Rapid Spray would cover 50% of the replacement cost.
What’s the difference between Full and Pro-Rata?
In simple terms:
Full warranty = we cover 100% of eligible repairs or replacements.
Pro-rata warranty = we cover a portion of the cost, depending on the tank’s age.
This approach gives you peace of mind for a full 25 years, with clear and fair coverage the whole way through.
*Any tanks manufactured before 2025 will be only eligible for 10 or 15 years warranty dependent on warranty terms offered at date of purchase.
Important: Register to Activate Your Extended Warranty
To access the full 25-year warranty, customers must register their tank. Warranty registration is quick and ensures we can provide the best support if you ever need it. Tanks that aren’t registered may not be eligible for the full 25-year coverage.
