No, do not exceed the suggested level. If it is filled past the suggested level, there will be leakage at the top.
Can this sprayer be used for the application of diesel and Access mixture?
As long as your sprayer has VITON or FKM seals, and you regularly flush and clean your sprayer, yes this can be used with diesel and Access.
Can I use bleach in this?
"No. Never use flammable liquids, acids, or caustic chemicals such as bleach in a backpack sprayer.
However a back sprayer with Viton seals can withstand the high chemcial use. Check product description before use"
